Our Vision
Our vision at The Leadership Awareness Board (LAB) is to be a leading leadership behavioral insights foundation that is dedicated to solving complex problems that affect leadership effectiveness by facilitating leadership conversations that are based on behavioral data. We strive to be recognised for our commitment to excellence in research and for the positive impact of our work on society.
Our Approach
At LAB, we take a collaborative and interdisciplinary approach to our insights projects and actively involve private sector leadership to experience the impact of data on behavior, decision-making and performance. We believe that with our approach, we can develop innovative solutions to complex problems that are not possible through traditional research methods and current business controls.
Our History
Originated in 2012 by a group of scientist and industry experts, LAB has a distinguished history of conducting research that has had a significant impact on society. Over the years, our team has tackled some of the most challenging problems facing corporate governance, and we are proud of our many accomplishments.
